During our initial consultation we will go over your goals, create a personalized food plan, and set up a follow up schedule that works best for you. While we’re working together I will monitor your macros and make adjustments as needed. We will get you to your goals while still allowing you to enjoy the foods you love.

Coaching is charged on a monthly basis. The goal is for you to learn habits you can stick to on your own. Because of that, I don't require long term contracts. We book 30 days at a time and evaluate at the end of each 30 day cycle what your best next step is!
